Sunday mornin

Im up with the lark and down to the pool again most enjoyable. request kippers and eggs end up with smoked mackerel hot, not good makes me very very ill. I need to stop the car several times to chuck not good. Foul weather up the M1 stop at Hartshead Moor, weather over the pennines is terrible. Back home and then off to Ruth and Pauls for dinner Plenty of emails an a few to follow up. Chill on the site, the time away has given me the opportunity to think a few things through. Plent to do and need to start thinking about things.
