Off the dogs breakfast that is the Back of ASDA York Centre. Difficult to see where to park - good job I am mobile. They are building an extension to the York centre and its not pretty. The line from the Echo last night that rebuilding the Royal around patients is a good move doesnt fill me with hope.
Bloods for U&E's SMAC, Zinc and Bones. Then off to the gym. Good workout - alittle light on cardio but I get there. Then a pleasant lunch in the sun I sort out Saturdays arrangements with turgit. Get home and sort meal and a few letters chores etc related to nannie. Colin calls round after tea for the logo for his new company. After busy sorting a few things out before getting used to hearing aids again with the telly. Appt tomorrow at 9am. Car is a write off BTW (Jeans that is Grrrr) aint happy.
