Went to Beas house to celebrate 80th birthday. Bea is my ma in law. Off out tonight (friday) to celebrate. Friday am jean takes car to work and I bite the public transport bullet. Off on the 173 to the gym manage 5500 steps 3.5k on the bike and a good circuit of weights. Good lunch outside with Norman who has become a gym buddy. Lentil soup which wasn't as bad as it sounded. Pat the admin man suspended my membership whilst I was off sick so I am paid up till jan. Nice one. Toying with walking home but aint sure.
