Pretty quiet morning a period of uncertainity about plans. End up taking lunch at the the Bear and Staff with Kim. I had a most enjoyable seafood mixed grill - packed with protein. Entertained by a floor show between aggrieved customer and relief manager. Bureaucracy at Aintree prevents me visiting a friend - visiting hours???? Whats that about. So back home to the garden I am afraid. Shame for sure. Girls arrive home Ally and I go for a walk to Tescos.
