And I thought it was just a telly show

Marcus Welby For some reason I had this mans name in my mind and Google helped me out. I see Kieran is in Varrington at the urine soaked bus station. I was there it opened and it smelt of wee then.

Not much of a blogging week.

Up and down - the weather has improved.
Bright spots - visiting JK improvement noted.
Visiting Maria
Talking to Sam
Gym - increased program feels better.
New DAB radio
Downs - head muzzy
Jean not well (chest infection)
Sneddo's Dad died.
So March the 18th heard from a few work people - and didnt get back to them - feel lousy about that.

Great Tunes and Lyrics and what a voice
[Now playing: You'Re The Top - Ella Fitzgerald - The Cole Porter Songbook Vol.2 (03:36)]
.
Lyrics I think Ella added her own.
Jean has a bad cough I enjoy feeding the birds, though the RSPB leaflet I got reveals that birds need food at night - I never knew that.

Saturday slooow start

Not at my best this morning kick into gear. Its a two prozac day. (Frank has upped em by one on alternate days).
Drag myself off to Schmooze with Jean for lunch - have a nice veggie meal (twice in one week) it was so nice I cant rememer what it was. Field mushrooms with cream cheese and chives in puff pastry.
Then off to me mums then speke retail, a wander through currys and and into HMV and Borders.
I acquire some headphones (proper ones) not the girly ear buds - BIG boy headphones I am impressed with the 24 notes deal then when I get them home I realise they are "pre-owned" and a bit ropey round the input.
Grrrr I shall be careful (that will be a first).

Jamie Thursday

The show is scary for sure I would like him more if he swore less, (which is rich) though scrotum burgers is a good line See he's webbed up. It was all a bit scary seeig bits of ones own childhood played back on the box.
Jamie Story thats an old one but it will have to do as I cant find todays.
Liked this and Found it well worth a read. I always thought he was a tosser I still am not sure but when you see the crap we have been feeding kids you wonder. Jean is off work with some neck spasm thing and Ally is back at school. Listened to the archers on Radio 4 website (Victoria Wood Red nose special ( I claimed immunity and laffed)).

Wednesday gym and visiting the sick

So its orf to the gym, the sun is bright so I decide to go around the park instead of the treadmill. It seems like a good idea for the first 10 yards its freezing my hands are paralysed with the cold. Then I get going and sweat takes over takes 40 mins though back at the gym there is some discussion at the distance I have travelled.
Macca says 3/4 mile
George 2mile
Jack used to say 2.5
at home Jean says 2.2
I was goosed, though still did a gym round, had lunch with George and Macca -very good. Soup and prawns. And a young lad on work experience called Kyle.
After lunch off to Tesco pick up a yoghurt drink for JK and nip round to see hm and Jody. He looks rough a tad of infection, so I whip Jody off to the docs and chemist for the script.
[Now playing: Southbound - Thin Lizzy - Live And Dangerous (04:51)]
That sums up my body.
Home then chill.
Watch Jamie Oliver on school dinners - cant decide on him at all good piece in Grauniad on Thursday about him.

Tuesday Ally aint well

And I aint so good. Meet Kim for lunch the sight of Hammy House turns my stomach with anxiety. We intend Greenbank but its full so end up in Schmooze we enjoy a fine repast. Another highlight of the day MP3 players arrive good stuff. Feel sick after chicken at tea.

Monday

Planned gym early ended up going after I been to aintree to pick JK up. Poor sod feels every bump on way home. He looks better for being home.
Then I get to the gym wher eI natter with nice lady with arthritis and the irrepressible Kath who is cheery as ever.
Home and a cottage pie in the oven.
Dont do much this evening.

Sunday Mothers Day

Cook meal slightly late after realising meat wasnt in till 9.30 last night - still a quick visit to Tesco and we are sorted. Jean is tired she had a good time last night. Her family come at lunchtime. Ally has bought Jean a nice gift of bath bomb and soap I do the deed with flowers and a birdtable (sad but she wants one). Off to me mums in the afternoon where sister mary isin situ nice cake and a natter.
Home whacked.

Saturday

Dont think I did much snook out and bought Jen a pressier more of that in tomorrows report.
Mothers day tomorrow.
Jean went out to the Ark at Penny Lane -verdict overpriced and poor.
She had a few - good on her drink some for me - sobriety is a funny state for me.

Off to Betty in the night to divvy up nannies will. I feel better.
Tis all done I am touched by the families generosity.

Thursday - chugging about

Thursday

Lousy kip last night despite night sedation - much tossing and turning and rumination. Someone from here emails adskng for a live spot in the morning. Vineeta offers herself but gets stood down at last minute. Dont think I fancy live radio much (though I have done the Roger Philips show once (dont ask).

Wednesday - much of the same

It gets worse Kieran I am listening to the Smiths.
Gymmed up - and doing well on that front.
Pretty well not much happening - I wander to PC world - which even when you aint depressed is depressing - pity the poor sods who work there.
More down thown than euthymic.

Sunday Me Ma gets a free TV licence

Shes 75 and this has her fair chuffed, trouble is she watches mostly cable crap and what shecalls VD's we call em DVD's. She is happy. I had planned to go to Church but dodgy bowels get the better of me. They settle and its off to Marys for a birthday lunch. Mum is in fine fettle and fully enjoys it. We play cards, buy her some gifts and she is more pleased with the Allsorts I have bought for Sue the dog. Or square arse as my mother now lovingly refers to her.
Home and we catch Mr Moey ad his drop in ironing service. And all is well.
