So its up before the lark about 5am. Earlier than I need but scared of sleeping in. Appointment with Frank and his family at 6.30am they are off to tenerife. I am stage one to manchester airport. Nice to meet amanda again and anna and ollie for the first time. Home and then knakkered. Then its off to town with Ally.
