Woke up feeling brighter once again things start to look like they are on the up. Feeling palpably better. Get off to the gym and just do some cardio-vascular work. Pick Ally and her friends up from school. It is a half day as tonight is the carol service at the cathedral. Ally and I take lunch in Neighbourhood a sort of Bistro type place. Ally opts for a BBQ chicken sandwich and I risk spaghetti and meatballs. Bit pricey but tasty. Then its off to tesco, Woolton. Pick mother up from Nans who has been dischargd today. Busy busy busy. I cock up and take jeans car keys, I am not popular when I get back. I eat a ready made curry for my evening meal. A bit of a first.
