Take Ally to town return via Old Swan Tesco where I have dropped in pick up what I missed off the list last night. Not much in reality. Then home and sort stuff for tomorrow. Unsure about the gym and dont go and feel guilt. I am sure that isnt good for me to feel bad. Then Tesco man drops off, and 30 mins later brings the rest back. Teatime (Tesco finest Lasagne). Then sorting ebox and site stuff, forget to make chilli for tomorrow apologise to Jean and watch Billy Connolly then bed.
