And whilst i'm on the subject of emailing, there lots of so-called friends who haven;t written once since I've left. Mentioning no names like Thwaitey, craig, barold "el saxo", u have no excuse and i know u check yr email regularly. So email me u lazy buggers. That goes for anyone who still hasn't replied to the last email!
Oh, the 2nd thing i wanted to tell u was about the buddhist monks chanting the mantra in a gonpa (budhist temple) somewhere in the middle of nowhere, high in the mountains. was one oif the most spiritual and relaxing experiences - and i think i was in a trance listening to the sounds of the meditation. surreal but completely comfortable and beautiful. the budhist monks are usually the most free and pleasant people to meet. Which is why I'm most excited to be going to Dharamasala next week - home of the Dalai Lama. Will report when were there.
