Spatone 100% natural iron supplement. Suitable for women, men children and pregnant, pregnancy and post natal So I started on this tonight. Says it tastes bad - dont seem to bad to me - in fresh OJ. Nice little site and nice little earner - Iron rich water you dilute - seems a bit of a scam to me. Discovered by the Romans so can't be bad.
