Sunday was a quiet day all told, no visitors but several phonecalls. I spent the day gingerly re-establishing my relationship with food. Couldn't eat all my lunch but by tea time I was back in the saddle. We watched blackhawk down quite the most bloody film I have seen for some time. Bit too much American jingoism for me but plenty of action and some good helicopter footage.
