I saw the nuns in tesco prescot where I was in search of a metal mop bucket for my mother. Went to argos and purchased a new chair, whilst carrying it out I fell off the kerb and knakkered my knees. My new pedometer arrived yesterday, supposed to be good. Part of my increase exercise plan.
