My gp not my barber, a top geezer. Thoroughly review where I am up to and he is pleased with what I consider my painfully slow progress. A walk to the local shops and a shock from the appearance when I last walked this route 30+ years ago. Back to the surgery and a wait for the district nurse. Then off to starbucks with kim and then off to the solicitor. Deep joy.
