Saturday again

Asked Jean what I did yesterday the response was too rude to post. But sounded like a stately home. I actually went to the gym in the afternoon and a little bit more than my prescribed program - felt good. A tad of confusion round cars but all turned out well. There was a national boccia gig going down at greenbank. Seemed a big deal, not sure I can get excited about something I am not sure how to pronounce. Then we went off to the Great wall the owner is a self confessed geek. Bea treats us to an early evening spesh. Back home and chill.
