On the train to therapy

Quite literally. Going to Hartford for Human Givens Therapy. Sleep is still pants. Been to see my long suffering gp frank he agrees I am better. Start therapy and see him in two weeks. I got some blood sugar testing gear and sticks to see what's happening when I have these hypos.
