Now sat in the back of the cab mobile for stonehaven. Reassured to see cab driver doesn't know where we are going either. Good to see Mick last night looking bronzied and refreshed from a week in Majorca. Anyway here for 2 days training with Pip by Bob and Liz on our new content management system Sitellite.
Got weighed yesterday down 2.6 pound so pleased with that. Now last 4 stone plus since starting me preop diet. Need to get back to the gym again.
