Mondays food and weigh in.

Cereal and juice for breakfast. Off to work. 4kg down in a week. Made up. Fruit. Soup - carrot and orange I think. More fruit. Home. Salmon and broccoli healthy eating meal wirth extra salad. Extra salad. Yum yum. Still its been worth it. This weeks plan is to increase the exercise.
