Off to the genius bar with Jeans Ipod touch. Didn't get satisfaction 2bh. Then again mood I was in probably pistols at dawn may have helped. After the brass I have pumped in to the apple coffers this last month I expected more. So we shall see. If I have to go back I shall demand satisfaction.
Amazing how smug they all seemed on my way out. Consoling myself with a pot of tea in the John Lewis espresso bar while the traffic settles.
