Breakfast cereal fruit and yoghurt. forgot pills and potions. late for meeting. Got to Jimmys. Handed out few more cards. Lunch was some sort of vegetable paste salad bread roll thing. I swapped my crisps for a tangerine. Home and then trout/prawn salmon salad and baked spud.So all in all doing ok. Weigh in Monday.
