Lunch half a smoked salmon sandwich and thai chicken noodle soup. 
Smoked haddock salad, followed by seabass spuds and mixed veg. Followed up by grilled mixed fruit. *eft the cream. 1 banana, and tea and coffee. Day 3 done.
