Not much of a blogging week.


Up and down - the weather has improved.
Bright spots - visiting JK improvement noted.
Visiting Maria
Talking to Sam
Gym - increased program feels better.
New DAB radio
Downs - head muzzy
Jean not well (chest infection)
Sneddo's Dad died.
So March the 18th heard from a few work people - and didnt get back to them - feel lousy about that.
